# CloudBerry Explorer

CloudBerry Explorer is a Windows file manager for cloud storage from MSP360 (formerly CloudBerry Lab). It shows your computer and your Zata buckets side by side, so you can copy files between them.

> **Tip**
>
> For scheduled, managed backups of servers and workstations, use [MSP360 Managed Backup](/connect/backup/msp360) instead.

## Before you start

* A bucket. See [Create a bucket](/buckets/create-a-bucket).
* An access key from the same region as the bucket. See [Access keys](/access/access-keys).
* [CloudBerry Explorer for Windows](https://www.msp360.com/explorer/windows/) installed.

| Problem                              | Fix                                                                                                                                                  |

| **Test Connection** fails | Check that **Service point** is only the host name (`idr01.zata.ai` or `bom01.zata.ai`), **Use SSL** is ticked, and the key is from the same region. |
