# MSP360

MSP360 Managed Backup (formerly CloudBerry) backs up servers and workstations from one web console. You add Zata as an **S3 Compatible** storage account, and your backup plans can then store data in a Zata bucket.

> **Tip**
>
> Looking for the desktop file manager CloudBerry Explorer? See [CloudBerry Explorer](/connect/backup/cloudberry).

## Before you start

* A bucket for the backups. See [Create a bucket](/buckets/create-a-bucket).
* An access key from the same region as the bucket. See [Access keys](/access/access-keys).
* An [MSP360](https://www.msp360.com/) Managed Backup account.

## Test it

On a computer with the MSP360 backup agent, back up a small folder to the Zata destination. Check that the data appears in your bucket in the Zata console, then restore the folder to confirm the backup can be recovered.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem | Fix |
| ------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| The wizard cannot connect | Check that **HTTPS endpoint** is only the host name (`idr01.zata.ai` or `bom01.zata.ai`) and matches the region of the key. |
| Access denied or invalid credentials | Copy the keys again from **Access Keys**, without extra spaces. |
| **Create New** fails | A sub-user's key cannot create buckets. Create the bucket in the Zata console, then choose **Select Existing**. |
