Get support

Raise a ticket from the console and follow its progress.

If something doesn’t work or you have a question about your account, raise a support ticket. The Zata support team can also check server-side logs for your requests, which you can’t see yourself.

Raise a ticket

1

Open Support

In the Zata console, select Support in the left menu, under Account. The Zata support portal opens in a new tab, on the form for a new ticket.

2

Describe the problem

Give the ticket a clear subject and describe what happened. Include the details in the list below.

3

Submit

Submit the ticket. You can follow its status and the replies in the support portal.

To suggest a new feature, select Feature Request in the left menu instead.

What to include

The more of these you include, the faster we can help:

  • The region (Indore or Mumbai) and the bucket name.
  • The tool or app you use and its version, for example aws --version or rclone version.
  • The exact error code, such as AccessDenied or SignatureDoesNotMatch. Most tools show it in their debug output: aws ... --debug, rclone ... -vv.
  • The date and time it happened, with your time zone.
  • Whether you use your own key or a sub-user’s key. Never send your secret key.

Many common errors have a quick fix. Check these guides first: Signature errors, Access denied, Wrong endpoint or region and Large uploads fail.
